At 45, I decided to become a health coach because I wanted to give other women the thing I spent years searching for — hope.
For a long time, I felt trapped in a body that wasn’t working and dismissed by a system that couldn’t explain why. I was told to accept “We don’t know,” but something in me refused to settle for that.
So I started asking questions — hard ones.
And discovered that much of the advice women are given simply doesn’t work for our biology, especially in midlife.
When I stopped following the old rules and began listening to my body instead, everything changed.
My energy lifted. My cravings calmed. My mood stabilised. I began to feel like myself again.
I’m not cured, and that’s not the point. I’ve reclaimed my health, my clarity, and my joy. And I want the same for you.
Your story matters. It’s never too late to feel better, stronger, and more in control of your health. Whether you’re ready for bold changes or gentle steps, I’m here to guide you — with compassion, clarity, and a Rebel approach that works with your biology, not against it.
No woman should feel dismissed, unheard, confused about her own body.
Every woman deserves real explanations, not vague answers.
When you finally understand how your metabolism, hormones, and energy systems work, everything begins to make sense and everything becomes possible.
My mission is simple.
To help women feel energised, strong, and at home in their bodies again.
The Rebel Health approach is built on six core principles:
I’ll never ask you to follow a restrictive diet, push through exhaustion, or count every calorie. Instead, I’ll help you understand your body, rebuild trust with your metabolism, and create habits that support you for life.
This work isn’t about being faultless.
It’s about reclaiming the health, clarity, and confidence you deserve.
